You are responsible for paying for a quarter of the purchase today, and the remaining three payments will be paid every two weeks. Return or Exchange
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it or before December 25th. Items are not eligible for a return or exchange after December 25th. To return an eligible item, you must pay $25 for a Christmas tree box or $10 per box for all other items. You are not responsible for paying these fees if you have received a broken item. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label, and your refund will be issued back to your original payment method minus the return fees.
Limited 3-Year Warranty
Artificial Christmas trees at Balsam Hill are covered with a limited three-year warranty. This warranty applies to the factory-installed light strands, the tree stand, the fake foliage, and any frames or hinges. This warranty only applies to artificial trees purchased at full price.
Artificial trees purchased from the clearance section only qualify for a 60-day limited warranty. Balsam Hill will either repair the issue, replace the tree with an identical style, or offer store credit for a replacement tree. All other products are eligible for a 30-day premium guarantee. If your item is defective or broken within these 30 days, you can contact customer service for assistance.
Add a Personal Touch
Earn extra brownie points this Christmas by adding a personal touch to gifts or décor. Balsam Hill offers personalization on several products, including stockings and tree skirts. Any products eligible for personalization will have an option to "personalize" on the listing page. You must activate the personalization option on the listing page before adding the product to your bag.
Personalized items qualify for coupons but are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These orders also cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If an item arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must alert customer service immediately after receipt.
Take the Holiday Quiz
If you are unsure which holiday décor suits you, take the free holiday quiz at Balsam Hill. The holiday quiz takes approximately two minutes to complete. It asks you four basic questions about your style preferences, such as which holiday colours you prefer or which type of Christmas tree is your favourite.
Based on your answers, you are assigned a holiday style, such as Nordic or minimalist, and then offered various product suggestions based on your answers. You can re-take the holiday quiz as often as needed until you find the perfect style suggestions.
Maximum Savings with Balsam Hill Coupons and Deals
A major advantage of these trees is that they are designed using the latest technology. Since they are artificial, they can be easily stored when not in use. This means you can use a Balsam Hill coupon to buy trees that can be reused for several Christmass in a row. It saves you money in the long run and you can save even more on a purchase when you use a Balsam Hill coupon for discounts of up to 50% during clearance sales.
