At this time, a one-time price adjustment is offered if an item goes on sale within 14 days after you purchased it. Note that pricing during flash events, 48-hour sales, and discounts obtained using a promo code is not part of this policy.
Returns and Exchanges
Every Bath and Body Works product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your items, you can return them within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
If you’re returning by mail, ensure your package includes the top half of your shipping confirmation. You can then seal the box and mail it to the provided website address. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within two billing cycles.
Alternatively, you can return them to your nearest Bath and Body Works store for a refund or exchange.
