All shoppers can get free ground shipping at Birkenstock. No minimum order amount is required, and you won’t need a promotion or discount code.
Shipping via UPS should arrive in two to five business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Note that if you are shipping to a PO Box, you will receive your order via UPS Surepost. In this case, your order will ultimately arrive via the US Postal Service.
Returns Are Free
If within 30 days, you decide you no longer want your Birkenstock purchase, you can return it for free with the online return process. You cannot return online orders to a store, and they have to be returned online. This policy gives you peace of mind knowing you can return your order without paying return shipping fees.
All items must be returned in original product condition and with the original packaging. You can also contact customer service if you would like to exchange an item versus doing a full return.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment and will take two to three weeks to process. Note that if you paid for expedited shipping, those additional fees would not be refunded.
Buy Now, Pay Later
Make your purchase now, but pay for the bulk later by using Afterpay at Birkenstock. This service allows you to initially pay 25% off the total cost and then set up interest-free automatic payments for the remaining 75% of the cost.
You will make three additional payments, two weeks apart until paid in full. This program also charges no fees if your automatic payments come out as planned.
You will have a soft credit check, which won’t affect your credit score. An Afterpay account will be created during the process as well. With this account, you can view your payment history, check upcoming payments, and change your payment info if needed.
Join the Member Access Shop
