Delivery Options
When ordering from COS, you have three options for shipping. If you choose economy shipping, you'll receive your order for free within five to eight business days. Standard shipping takes one to five business days and costs $8. You can also choose express shipping for $20 and receive your order within one to two business days. Limited-time COS promo codes for free shipping may also be available occasionally.
Newsletter Offers
Scroll to the bottom of the homepage at COS and click "subscribe" to sign up for the e-newsletter. You'll receive a COS coupon for 10% off your first full-priced purchase!
You'll also receive other exclusive offers during the year, and you'll be the first to get a heads-up when sales events go live or new collections drop.
Returns and Refunds
If you're unsatisfied with your order from COS, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns and exchanges are free. Items must be unworn and still have original tags attached. Note that items marked as final sales are not eligible for this policy. Non-final-sale items purchased with a COS coupon code will be refunded for the order price at the time of purchase.
Redeeming your COS Coupon
Use a few steps to redeem any promo code:
- Look through all of the codes and choose your favorite.
- Add coats, jeans, belts, shoes, and other products to your shopping bag.
- Open your bag and check out.
- Type or paste your COS coupon in the box you see for codes.
- Complete all other steps to finish your order.
If your coupon code isn't working, try this:
- Replace an expired coupon with a new one as COS coupons often expire.
- See if you swapped letters or made any other mistakes when you typed your code.
- Check for any merchandise excluded by the promo code like clearance products.
- Verify you did anything special required by the coupon, such as spending a minimum of $100.
Annual COS Sales & Promotions
Black Friday Sales
The COS Autumn Collection usually launches in the early fall. During the COS Black Friday sale, you get 25% off anything in this collection. Do you need a special dress or a killer pair of shoes? Don't worry because the sale also applies to other merchandise and styles.
Public Holiday Sales
Get ready to take 30% off during the site's biggest public holiday sales. We love stocking up on shorts and other warm-weather gear during the COS Memorial Day sale. Labor Day is a good time to look for pants and coats for 30% off.
Seasonal Sales
There is a massive COS clearance sale around the beginning of January. We found summer and winter essentials for up to 90% off. You can also shop the Back to School sales for up to 25% off.
Sale Section
Though we didn't see a COS sale section, the site does run sales where you can get great COS deals. If you don't see one when you want to shop, snag one of our COS coupons.
Get Classic and Trendy Fashions From COS
thredUp and COS
COS gives you an easy way to earn credit for clothing you no longer wear. The site partnered with thredUp to launch a new consignment shop for customers. Open a thredUp account and order a Clean Out Kit. Activate the kit and fill it with COS clothing and accessories. When you send it back, COS will list it on the thredUp site. As your items sell, you earn credit to use at COS.
COS Magazine
Discover the hottest trends and learn how to rock them through the COS magazine. This digital magazine is free to browse and available on the website. Search for people to view those making trends and waves in the fashion industry. Choose the stories option to read stories that will touch and motivate you. There are sections dedicated to places and things, too. You never know when you might come across COS coupons or sales either.
COS Coupons & Discounts
Get Free Shipping
Getting free shipping at COS is a snap. When you check out, just select the Economy Shipping option. COS has no minimum order requirement. Orders leave the warehouse on weekdays and take five to eight business days. You can also pay $8 for Standard Shipping or $25 for Express Shipping if you need your items faster.
How to Get a Student Discount
Shop and save with the COS student discount, which is available through Student Beans. Open a Student Beans account, look for the COS discount, and click on it to add it to your next order. Every time you use the COS discount, the store takes 10% off your total order.
Newsletter Sign-up Coupon
We love the COS sign-up offer because all customers can use it. Enter your email address in the box on the pop-up window and pick whether you like men's or women's clothing. It often takes just a few hours for the 10% off COS newsletter coupon to arrive.
Making Returns
Our team found the COS return policy, which lets you get your money back for up to 30 days. You need to talk to customer support first because COS does not accept all returns. Once you ship the item(s) back, it can take up to seven business days for COS to refund you.
Payment Options
COS payment options give you several ways to pay for your purchase. We recommend that you use a major credit card. You can also use PayPal, which requires you to log in before you pay.
