Credits can be refunded within 14 days of your invoice, so long as no credits have been used from the credit pack you have purchased. Subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days, as well, so long as no more than five files have been downloaded and have not been used. If you started a free trial, you must cancel the trial before the trial period ends.
