Enjoy Free Shipping at Layla
One advantage to shopping at Layla for sleep products and mattresses is that you can always count on free shipping. The company includes delivery on every purchase in the contiguous United States, regardless if you’re buying a small pillow bundle or an entire mattress.
However, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may incur shipping fees. New mattresses are made-to-order, which takes about two business days. Delivery typically arrives at your address within 8 business days.
Easy and Free Returns
You're covered if you don’t love your new mattress, bed base, or sheet set. The Layla return policy offers a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied with your order. New mattresses come with a 120-night trial, so you can get the full experience before making your final decision.
Fill out the returns form on its website for more information about how to return your items. The company will even help you with removal if needed. Most products have a 120-day return policy, including pillows, toppers, and bedding bundles. However, other items can only be returned for up to 30 days, such as a Layla bed base or dog bed.
