Shipping Policy
Lilly Pulitzer strives to give customers the best shopping experience from start to finish. From browsing the intuitive website to shopping by category, size, and style, filling your wardrobe has never been easier.
If placing an order from the US, you'll receive free standard shipping, which may take up to 2 weeks to arrive (orders are shipped only during business days). Keep in mind that the brand does not offer international shipping at this time.
For larger orders or delivery addresses outside the US, you may want to consult the website or contact the customer service team directly for assistance.
Easy and Free Returns
The Lilly Pulitzer return policy is your peace of mind to get the dresses, swim styles, or shoes without worrying about size selection. Returns are accepted for a refund within 90 days of receiving your order, one of the more generous return policies around.
If you initiate the return process within 15 days of getting your items, your Lilly Pulitzer return will be free and have no additional fees. Returns between 15-90 days after receipt will have a small fee of $7 reduced from the refund total.
To return your items, you can use the prepaid label that came with your package. Note that after 90 days, your order will be marked as a final sale and no longer eligible for a refund.
Promotions, Gifts, and Coupons
Lilly Pulitzer holds two sales per year, which is why the brand only sometimes offers discount codes. These bi-annual sales are a great opportunity for customers to save money on their favorite items.
Lilly Pulitzer also offers promotions, such as gifts with purchase and free shipping, to compensate for the lack of coupons and discounts.
Customers can find these deals on the company's website or this page here at Coupontoaster and enter codes during checkout to take advantage of savings.
Enjoy a Complimentary Stylist
Lilly Pulitzer also offers complimentary styling advice to its customers through its “Shop with a Stylist” program. Customers can schedule appointments with a personal stylist to receive outfit recommendations and styling advice.
These stylists are experts in Lilly Pulitzer fashion and can help customers create personalized outfits that match their individual styles.
This service is free and can be booked online or by phone. Customers can benefit from a professional stylist's expertise without incurring additional costs.
