Return Policy

At Louisiana Grills, customer satisfaction is a top priority. The company offers a flexible return policy, allowing unused items in their original packaging to be returned within 60 days of purchase. However, returns are only accepted for items bought directly through (link unavailable) or by phone, and certain products like pellets, spices, and electrical parts are excluded.
