Simple Returns
Return any product in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, less the shipping cost. If your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Nintendo will refund the shipping cost, too.
To initiate a return, send the complete item to the mailing address on the ‘Returns & Exchanges” page linked in the site footer. Include your order information and whether you’d like a refund or exchange, and use a registered or insured shipping method.
