Neven's Everlast Guarantee covers sunglasses that are lost, stolen, damaged, or broken. Customers can submit a claim to receive a new pair of the same style and color as the original purchase for a processing fee of $12.50 (Domestic USA) or $25 USD (International) per pair.
Returns / Exchanges:
Neven Eyewear offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original, unused condition, and returns are processed within 3-5 business days of being delivered back to their warehouse.
Free Shipping:
Neven Eyewear offers free U.S. shipping on orders over $40. All domestic orders greater than $40 will receive free shipping unless an alternate shipping method is requested. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday.
