Sign-up Offer
Create a profile to enjoy Noom's sign-up offer for your newsletter. That allows you to receive the Noom newsletter coupon, which is a 25% discount on a six-month plan. This way, you save money by purchasing a six-month plan instead of a three-month one. A free 14-day trial period is also part of the sign-up Noom offer.
Refer a Friend
Your friends will receive 20% off their subscription after a two-week free trial if you use the Noom refer a friend program. Additionally, you will receive a Noom offer of $20 Amazon credit in your email. A month or so after your friends' trial period has ended and they have continued using the service, you will receive your reward.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your subscription for any reason, simply go into your Noom app settings. There you will find an option that says "manage subscription," where you will find an option to cancel. You will still be able to access the app's features for your paid membership until your billing cycle ends. If you are hoping to get a refund, you may be eligible for one if you are still within 14 days of creating your membership; you'll need to contact Noom's customer support using their chat feature on their website or by phone at (888) 266-5071.

There are two major payment methods. You can use a credit card or a PayPal account to pay for your Noom subscription. Noom accepts all major credit cards. Log in to your Subscription Portal and choose Edit to change your credit card information or switch from PayPal to a credit card as your payment method.
