Shop the Deal Center
Office Depot collects all of its current offers in the Deal Center section of its website. Here you will find discounts and promotions on computers, office chairs, printers, desks, monitors, and more. There is a clearance sale for last-minute deals on items likely to sell out.
The Office Depot Deals Center links you to current coupons, daily deals, and rewards offers. Daily deals are live for 24 hours and offer discounts on several items, and you can also find weekly deals that are available for a longer period of time. You can also shop for the best offers in each product category at the top of the home page under the deals tab.
Save Money With a Subscription
If you find yourself buying the same thing every month or every few weeks at Office Depot, you might want to sign up for a subscription. Using this offer, you can get automated deliveries of items like batteries, paper towels, printer ink, and cleaning products, plus up to 10% off your order. You can set the frequency of the orders from as much as every week to as little as bi-annually.
If you are a frequent buyer of office paper, you can subscribe to get 5% off your first order and up to 35% off recurring subscription orders. Prices on anything you subscribe to are subject to change if the retail price goes up or down, but you can cancel at any time. You'll also receive a reminder email before any delivery regarding your subscription.
Join the Rewards Program
Signing up for the Office Depot rewards program is the best way to guarantee savings on your purchases. From essential office supplies to a computer desk, Office Depot has it all and offers 2% back in rewards to its most loyal customers. You can benefit from member-only sales, get Office Depot promo codes, and get bonus points for writing reviews and recycling your ink and toner cartridges.
Office Depot rewards points will add up quickly and earn you voucher codes for discounts on future purchases. If you spend over $500 over 12 months, you will be upgraded to VIP status with 5% back on qualifying purchases, free next-day shipping, and more perks.
Earning Rewards With a Credit Card
Office Depot has its own credit card that enables holders to earn up to 30% back in rewards every time they use it. There are three levels of the card—Personal Credit, Business Credit, and Business Account. All three have no annual fee.
Rewards are available on qualifying products such as ink & toner, office supplies, and office furniture. Items like electronics are excluded. You can then use these rewards towards discounts on future purchases. There are other perks, too. Business Credit holders can get $50 off their first purchase of $150 or more, and Personal Credit holders have access to six-month financing on purchases of at least $299.
Business Memberships Cut Costs
Eligible small businesses can benefit by joining Office Depot's Business select program. It costs $99 per year but includes a number of perks. Members get 20% off thousands of products, including cleaning supplies and paper products. They also get free delivery on anything they order with no minimum. There are some exclusions, such as furniture.
Other perks include a $100 discount on business services like print services, shipping services, and computer setup or repair. And rewards can be earned every time printer cartridges are brought in for recycling. If you are not sure the program is right for your business, there is a free trial period you can use to test the savings.
Get Extra Discounts by Email
Get 25% off when you opt-in to either Office Depot's email newsletter list or its mobile alerts. The promo code will be exclusive to you and can only be used on regularly priced items. There are some exclusions, including electronics, ink & toner, and printing services, to name a few.
Once you are on the list, you'll be sent promotions like weekly and online-only deals, as well as exclusive coupon codes, free gift offers, and limited-time flash sales. You can unsubscribe anytime from email offers and stop text alerts by typing STOP. This is one of the easiest ways to get a 25% discount on demand from Office Depot.
Download the Office Depot App
Don't forget to download the app to stay on top of the next Office Depot sale or upcoming event. The smarter way to shop, you can access the Office Depot Deal Center and shop by category for savings on thousands of items anytime, anywhere, and receive free shipping on most orders.
Browse the weekly ad, complete your Office Depot printing on the go, track your rewards, and activate store mode to see the best deals at your favorite store. You can also opt-in to push notifications to get app-exclusive Office Depot coupons to stay up-to-date.
Office Depot Return Policy
Thanks to the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Office Depot return policy, you can enjoy peace of mind shopping online. The company has a few different return policies depending on the item you've purchased, but one thing remains true; Office Depot returns are always free.
Office supplies must be unopened and returned within 90 days of purchase to receive a refund. Electronics, including software and video games, must be returned within 14 days of purchase, and unopened ink and toner must be returned within 30 days.
Secure the Best Deal With a Price Match
If you find a lower price at the time or within 14 days of your purchase of an identical product, Office Depot will match the price or refund the difference. The product must be from a competing store, not a marketplace seller from sites like eBay or Amazon. Price matching is also based on the price after all available coupons and instant rebates have been applied.
To determine if your product is eligible, make sure the model number matches the one at the competing store. You'll also need a copy of the ad, webpage, or a photo of signage to present for confirmation. You can submit your price match request to its Customer Service department.
