Spread Out Costs with Easy Pay
QVC offers its customers the flexibility to spread payments using its Easy Pay Program. This allows you to make three to five automatic monthly payments with no interest fee. The number of monthly payments available varies per product and is noted below the price of any eligible item.
The shipping cost and taxes are divided between months; the first payment occurs when the product ships. Subsequent payments will occur 30 days after shipment, and you cannot change the monthly due dates. You can use a credit card, PayPal, or a QCard, QVC's branded credit card, to set up automatic payments.
Earn Rewards with QCrew

Earn Rewards With a QCard
Frequent shoppers at QVC may want to consider applying for a QCard, which offers a number of perks and promotions for members. For starters, when you are approved for the card, you get $20 in QVC credit that you must spend in the first ten days. There is also no annual fee for the card.
Cardholders are also eligible to extend payment options to five months for any product that offers an Easy Pay plan. Plus, they will occasionally receive access to exclusive deals and promos available only to QCard holders and have a dedicated priority order phone number to call at 1-800-600-1608. Whether you are shopping for jewelry, laptops, cosmetics, or Christmas trees, using the Qcard has advantages.
Understanding Returns
If you recently bought something like a pair of Clarks shoes, Diamonique rings, or an air fryer at QVC and need to make a return, you have up to 30 days from the time you received the package to send it back. When you return an item, it will be subject to a return fee based on weight, which will be deducted from your refund. The fees are as follows:
- 0 to 5 lbs: $6.95
- 5.01 to 10 lbs: $8.95
- 10.01 to 150 lbs: $10.95
To make a return, you will follow the return process online and print a return label that must be placed on the box. Shipping fees will be incumbent on the customer, but the shipping cost will be reimbursed if the item is returned due to a defect, a QVC error, or an exchange. You can apply for exchanges when filling out the return form online.
Options for Gift Cards
If you are shopping on QVC for a gift for a friend or loved one and don't know what to get, a QVC gift card may be the way to go. The company offers two types of cards, physical plastic cards you can give as a gift or digital eGift cards that you can send electronically. eGift cards can be sent immediately or on a scheduled date and time that you choose.
Any gift card can be spent on almost anything on QVC's site—jewelry, clothing, small appliances, and more. If the full amount is not used all at once on one purchase, the remaining balance will turn into credit in the recipient's account that can be used on future purchases. Gift cards are not available to be bought using monthly Easy Pay installments.
Shop the Featured Deals
The best way to save money instantly at QVC is to shop the deals section of the site. Here you will find weekly and category discounts on things like jewelry and shoes, home goods, and one-day deals on featured items. The offers change daily and weekly, so checking back often is always good.
This section may also highlight limited-time QVC coupons and promo codes that will give you great price drops, such as $10 off your first order. There is always something on sale, and you can also check our page right here to find the best QVC promo codes.
