Ease Costs with Lease-To-Own
Customers who want to spread out the cost of purchasing a high-ticket item, such as a smart TV, the latest Galaxy phone, or a washer, can take advantage of Samsung’s lease-to-own program. This offer allows you to make weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly automatic payments with interest for up to one year.
Lease-to-own allows those with less-than-ideal credit scores to make a purchase. After an initial deposit, each payment will include interest. If you opt for a 90-day payment schedule, interest payments will be much lower than more extended payment period options. Once the plan is complete, the customer owns the device.
Samsung Return Policy
Samsung offers easy returns within 15 to 30 days, depending on your purchased product. Online and Shop App orders are granted a 15-day window to request a return or 30 days for vacuum cleaners. Once you’ve sent your request to customer service, you will have another 15 days to print and mail your Return Shipping label.
For purchases made at a Samsung Experience Store, the items must be returned to the same location within 15 days of purchase. If you’ve returned your items within the allotted time frame, your refund will be provided within 10 business days.
