Tillys’ Hassle-Free Return Policy
Tillys accepts returns of full-price items within 30 days of purchase. Note that any sale item labeled as clearance is ineligible for return. Additionally, sunglasses, watches, face masks, and jewelry are final sales.
If you have your return processed at a local store, there is no fee to return your Tillys order. If you use the prepaid label and mail your return, a $7 fee will be deducted from your refund.
