You will have 60 days to make a return or exchange at Ulta. Returns of online items can be made through the mail for a full refund. However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Or make your return at a store location for free.
If you don’t have your receipt, or it has been beyond 60 days, you may still request a return of your items. If approved, you will get a refund as a store credit. You will need to provide an ID with this type of return.
