Innovative Product Design
Designed to withstand skatepark wear and tear, Vans shoes are made to last, but sometimes need some good tender loving care to get them back to that from-the-box shine. For specific instructions on how to clean each design, including tips on how to make that rubber stripe look like new again, take a look at their product care guides online.
By design, the high-performance skate shoes tend to fit a bit snug, so you may want to select half a size larger for comfort. Alternatively, if you have wider feet, you may find a size larger will help compensate for the width. As most of their styles are unisex, be sure to look at the detailed sizing guides to select the perfect fit for you.
Customer Service
If you don't love your latest order, the Vans return policy allows you to return unworn and unwashed merchandise within 90 days of purchase. Feel free to bring your unwanted items to your local retail store, or complete the provided return form to begin processing a mail return through USPS. Be sure to include your receipt or order number, the items and their original packaging, and the return form for either option.
How can I apply the Vans promo codes?
What to do if my Vans discount code doesn't work?
If you come across an error, check out these quick recommendations:
- Some of Vans promotions do not require a coupon code, therefore the discount is automatically applied to your order.
- Some codes are case sensitive, so check that you entered the code correctly.
- The free shipping coupons may have already been applied to your purchase amount.
- Instead of seeing a price difference, the reduced amount will already be calculated during checkout.
