Returns
If you're unsatisfied with your Windsor order, you have 30 days from when your order was shipped to request a refund. If you bought a special occasion or formal dress, you have 14 days to return it. Note that almost all styles from the sale and clearance sections are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you return your items at a local store, there is no fee. If you use Happy Returns, the fee is $4.95. If you choose to mail it via FedEx, the use of the pre-paid label is $7.95. These fees will be deducted from your refund total.
