World Market Rewards members get 10% off when they pick up their online order in-store. Members do not have to pay shipping fees for in-store pickups.

Professional Designers Save 20%

If you’re a professional designer, go to a World Market location, find a manager, and show proof of your occupation. You will receive a World Market Designer Discount Card that can be used at any store. Show the card and a photo ID when you check out to get 20% off your purchase!

Free Returns

If you are unsatisfied with a recent purchase from World Market, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund. 

Online orders can be returned either by mail or in person at a nearby store, except for “Online Only” items, which must be returned by mail. In-store purchases must be returned at the store. 

Include the packing slip or shipping receipt with your return if you ordered online. Note that shipping costs are not refundable.

If you return an item after 60 days, you will receive store credit rather than a refund.
